Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?

Both. Walk-ins are welcome — but booking online or by phone gets you a guaranteed time slot, especially in busy periods. Same-day appointments are usually available.

Are you bulk-billing?

Yes — we are a registered Bulk-Billing Practice. Eligible patients (children under 16, concession-card holders and a growing list of standard consultations) pay $0 out of pocket. Ask reception when you arrive if you're unsure.

How long is a typical appointment?

Standard consultations are 10-15 minutes. If you need longer (multiple issues, mental health, complex chronic care, full skin checks) please book a Long appointment so we can give you the time you need.

What if I need a doctor after hours?

Mon–Thu we're open until 9pm. Outside our hours, our After-Hours partner 1300 Home GP can do a bulk-billed home visit — call 1300 466 347. For emergencies, always call 000.

Do you have wheelchair access and parking?

Yes — Hoxton Park Central has step-free entry, wide aisles and free parking right at the door.

Can I get my prescription sent straight to the chemist?

Absolutely. We can send your eScript directly to Hoxton Park Chemist next door (or any pharmacy you choose) — no paper script needed.
