How long does the men's health check take?
About 30 minutes. We do bloods, blood pressure, listen to heart and lungs, talk through risk factors and book any follow-ups.
Do you do prostate checks?
Yes — both PSA blood test and digital exam if clinically indicated. We'll talk through what's right for you.
Will my employer find out?
No. Your medical record is confidential. We only share information with your written consent.
How often should I have a prostate check?
From age 50, every 1-2 years for low-risk; annually if family history. We'll talk through what's right for you.

Do I need a fasting blood test?
For cholesterol and diabetes, ideally yes — 8-12 hours water-only. We'll book the bloods first, then review at consult.
