Do you bulk-bill?
Yes — we are a registered Bulk-Billing Practice. Eligible patients (children under 16, concession-card holders and many standard consultations) pay $0 out of pocket.
Can I book online?
Yes. We use HealthEngine — pick a time, pick a doctor, you're booked in 60 seconds.
Do you take walk-ins?
Always. Our reception will fit you in — usually same-day, sometimes within the hour.
How long is a typical appointment?
Standard consultations are 10-15 mins. Long appointments (mental health, multiple issues, full-body skin checks) are 30+ mins — request Long when you book.
Do you do telehealth?
Yes — for existing patients. Phone or video consultation, eScript sent straight to your phone. Bulk-billed for eligible patients.
Can I bring my whole family?
Absolutely. We see grandparents, parents and kids in the same family. Ask reception about same-doctor continuity.
