Frequently asked

Quick answers, before you call.

What's a GPMP?

A formal plan for your chronic condition. Medicare rebates it and unlocks 5 allied health visits per year (physio, dietitian, podiatrist, etc.).

Do I need a referral?

No — your GP creates the plan in-house. Allied health follow-ups can be done with our on-site team.

How often should the plan be reviewed?

Every 3-6 months — most insurers and Medicare want reviews every 6 months.

What's a GP Management Plan (GPMP)?

Do you coordinate with my specialist?

Yes — we share notes, manage the medications and become the central point. You don't need to repeat your story at every visit.
